Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our CNC milling services and processes.
The cost consists of material expenses, processing man-hours, tool wear, surface treatment fees, and batch coefficients. Complex structures or small-batch production may increase the unit cost.
For small batches (1-50 pieces) of simple parts, it takes 3-5 working days; for complex structures or large batches (500 pieces and above), it takes 7-15 working days.
Simple parts with a single batch of less than 10 pieces can be delivered within 24 hours for urgent processing; complex parts require 48-72 hours. Urgent orders require an additional 20%-50% urgent fee.
If the out-of-tolerance (exceeding the drawing requirements) is caused by processing errors, free rework or remanufacturing is available; issues caused by unclear dimensions in the customer's drawings need to be resolved through negotiation.
Plastics may have slight deformation due to thermal expansion and contraction. We control the temperature through a cooling system and adopt layered cutting to reduce stress, keeping the deformation within 0.1mm/m.
Through standardized processing procedures, regular equipment calibration, and 100% inspection of the first piece + sampling inspection of batches (3 pieces per 50 pieces), the dimensional deviation of parts in the same batch is ensured to be ≤ 0.02mm.
3D model files such as STEP and IGS are preferred. 2D drawings need to be provided in DWG or PDF format (with tolerances and technical requirements marked). Sketches must have clear key dimensions.
Anodizing (natural/black/colored), electroplating (zinc/nickel/chrome plating), sandblasting, wire drawing, painting, passivation, etc., are supported.
The minimum hole diameter is 0.5mm, and the minimum slot width is 0.3mm. Small features require high-speed spindles and micro tools, so it is recommended to communicate in advance about feasibility.
The maximum load capacity of the workbench is 500kg. For weights exceeding this, custom fixtures or component processing followed by assembly is required.
It is suitable for parts with features such as planes, curved surfaces, hole systems, and grooves. Overly complex hollow structures (such as jewelry-level patterns) may be more suitable for 3D printing. We can provide process evaluation suggestions.
Yes, it will. The regular inspection report includes the actual measured values of key dimensions (with screenshots of CMM inspection attached). If a material certificate or mechanical property report is required, please state it in advance. There may be an inspection fee.
